Who we are
Erpor Kothay is an independent outing and card-benefit discovery app operated by AdQuirk LLC. This policy describes the current app, which works without an account.
What stays on your device
Your optional display name, selected card products, saved offers, chosen area, language, appearance and onboarding preferences are stored locally. We do not receive these preferences on our servers. We do not ask for or store card numbers, expiry dates, CVVs, bank login credentials or transaction history.
Optional location
When you tap Use my location and grant permission, the app uses a foreground location fix to suggest an area on your device. Exact coordinates are not saved or sent to AdQuirk LLC, and the app does not track you in the background. Only an area you confirm is saved locally. You can choose an area manually and revoke location permission in device settings. Your operating system and location provider handle their own services under your device settings and their policies.
Sharing and external apps
Invitations are drafted locally. If you choose to share one, the message you review or edit is handed to the app or recipient you select through the system share sheet. We do not automatically send messages or receive a copy. Directions open an external map with the venue address; phone actions open your dialler; source and partner links open external websites. Those services have their own privacy policies and may process information such as your IP address or location under their permissions. We do not send your stored display name or wallet preferences automatically.
Analytics and accounts
The current release has no sign-in, advertising SDK, behavioural analytics or developer-run tracking service. The app uses a bundled offer catalogue and fonts. If account features, reminders, remote content or analytics are introduced, this policy and the relevant disclosures will be updated before those features are released.
Clearing your information
Use Reset local preferences in settings to clear the app's stored profile choices, name and saved offers. You can also clear Android app storage or uninstall the app. Android backup of this app's local preferences is disabled. Copies of invitations you send remain with the recipients or apps you chose; manage them in those services. No app account exists to delete.

For privacy or support questions, email support@adquirk.com. If you email us, the information you choose to include is processed to answer your request. Please do not send card numbers, CVVs, bank credentials or other banking secrets. Support correspondence is handled separately from the app's local profile.
This website
This is a static informational website. It has no sign-in, contact form, advertising or analytics scripts, and does not set application cookies. Your hosting provider may process standard HTTP request information such as IP address, browser details and request times to deliver and protect the site. Hosting records are separate from local app preferences. Email support@adquirk.com for privacy questions or requests concerning information you voluntarily send us.
